Your secured access code is valid for the duration of your stay from 2:00pm the day of your arrival and until 10:0am the day of your departure. You will receive your access code by email a few days before your arrival, so you can directly access your apartment as soon as you arrive and enjoy your stay.
Quick Check-in from 2pm. You will find a contradictory inventory of the equipment available in the kitchen cupboard of each apartment for an express check-in!
You can select the Early check-in option if you wish to access your apartment earlier.
Our apartments are equipped with a secured access code system.
Your personal access code stands for your "digital key".
You don't have a key to open the door to your apartment, you simply need to memorize or save your access code.
In Annecy we offer two apartments located on the ground floor adapted for reduced mobility people.

The conciergerie helps you prepare your stay and organize your activities. It is important that you select your service options before your arrival so that we can satisfy you.
We are at your disposal to make your stay memorable.
We collect a deposit of 30% upon reservation and the balance of the rental 30 days prior your arrival.
For 1 ngiht stay booking, the balance is fully charged at the time upon reservation.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), check, wire transfer, paypal and cash.
Pets are allowed, however we prefer to be informed so please contact us if you are travelling with an animal.
We ask for a small fee of 15 euros per stay for your furry companions.
Reservation / Modification possible free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Dates can be changed depending on availability.
In Annecy a tourist tax of 1.30 euros per day and per adult (any person over 18 years) is collected in supplement of the price of your reservation.
In Aix les Bains a tourist tax is 1.50 euros per day and per adult (any person over 18 years) is collected in addition to the price of the reservation.

Our apartments are fully equipped, in your kitchen you will find high-end appliances, dishes, utensils as well as the battery of pans and pans to cook meals like at home. Bed linen and organic cotton towels are provided as well as linen and soft organic shower shampoo. You will also find a maintenance kit under the sink made up of organic products and including sponge, wipes and dishwasher tablets.
In Annecy, you benefit from a private parking, wifi, a laundry room and a bike room with direct access on the bike path. Each apartment offers a terrace. The ground floor apartments have a small private garden and upstairs you have a beautiful view of the lake (check the descriptions of each apartment).
In Aix les Bains, you benefit from wifi, laundry and bike storage. Some apartments offer a balcony (see descriptions of each apartment) and a nice view of the square and the Bauges. A private parking is available upon reservation only at the rate 15€ per day (public parking is a 2-minute walk away).

No need to add washing detergent, organic liquid detergent is automatically dispensed into the drum.
Your credit card footprint / details is used as a guaranty.
However, if your credit card is defective at payment we can ask you a deposit of 500 euros on arrival which will be returned at your departure.

The apartments are heated with electricity, we adjust the settings, you simply change the temperature to your needs on the wall thermostats if necessary.

For authentic and unusual experiences we rely on our partners Bleandeas (private events) and L'Atelier Jeanne Pons (creation of custom-made atmosphere - weddings).
Each kitchen has a ceramic hob with several fireplaces and tactile controls. The plate is equipped with a child lock, to unlock it if your plate does not light, let your finger press the button "on / off" for a few seconds.
Each apartment is fully equipped and furnished and offers free wifi.
Each kitchen offers high-end appliances including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a hob with hood, a microwave oven convertible and rotating heat. Dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware and utensils are stored in the cupboards. Bigger apartments have a plancha.
There are flat screen televisions in each apartment with a bunch of national and international channels.

We also rent paddles and a water ski boat in Annecy. We can arrange boat trip and transfer to restaurants.

A baby kit including a cot, a high chair and a small bath is provided free of charge upon request.

We propose the delivery of organic breakfast on request.
The price is 12 euros per person per day and the basket includes a hot drink of your choice (coffee, tea or chocolate), a fruit juice, a pastry or a portion of cereals with oat milk, fresh bread accompanied by butter, homemade jam and local honey, seasonal fruit and eggs. At your arrival you just have to let us know at what time you wish to be delivered.
You pay for the services you order on site at the end of your stay.
A welcome booklet is available in each apartment and details the equipment at your disposal as well as the rules of the house. We have also designed a booklet of activities to help you organize your leisure.

You will find in your apartment a Bodum piston coffee maker which is considered the best way to enjoy a good coffee and important thing, in term of energy saving, the piston coffee maker is the champion.
The coffee which is used for this type of preparation is preferably a pure arabica coffee, preferably in coarse grind.
We offer daily maid service upon request.
We change the room linen every seven days and our team intervenes after each departure. If you have a particular expectation, contact us to let us know.
At your departure make sure to leave your apartment clean and to report any deterioration. Thank you for cooperation.

In Annecy the parking is private and free and you have a direct access on the bike path.
In Aix les Bains we propose parking places in a private parking on reservation and for a small extra charge. The cental public car parking is close to the COTE OUEST.
In Annecy the public beaches of Sevrier and Annecy are located at 10min by bike by the cycle track.
In Aix les Bains you can go by bus to the main beaches and to themain harbor, the bus network of Lake du Bourget offers free transportto the holders of the guest card.
In the apartments Grand Bleu and Le Loft in Annecy you enjoy a plancha to cheer up your summer meals.
The dustbins are accessible on the ground floor underneath the stairs in Annecy and in the laundry in Aix les bains.
A raclette machine is at your disposal. Call us to borrow it.
You will find organic shower shampoo gel and organic hand washer in the bathroom.
We provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar at your disposal in the kitchen.
